Before you call us, if your washer won’t start, check that it’s plugged in, and that the circuit breaker wasn’t tripped. You can even try unplugging it and plugging it back in again.
If that doesn’t do the trick, there are a few possible culprits. Your washer could have a blown fuse. The lid or door switch might need to be replaced. The timer’s knob or the timer itself could be broken. On electronic washers, the control board could have damaged components.
We have all of the equipment and parts to solve any of these problems – and quite a few more. Our experienced technicians will inspect your washer for any faults, and then, get it started again.
Your washer may be vibrating because it’s on uneven ground – try rocking it back and forth manually (and carefully). If it rocks easily, there’s a good chance the ground beneath it is uneven.
Uneven loads can also cause a washing machine to go off-balance,vibrate, and even move around.
If you’ve already troubleshooted for both of those scenarios, there are still a few other things that could cause your machine to vibrate. There may be dampers or snubbers that have worn away. The rubber feet on your machine could be worn. The suspension springs and shock absorbers could be weak or damaged.

There are many reasons why your washer might stop mid-cycle – and most of them are best handled by professionals. Before calling, however, it’s always worth unplugging your machine and plugging it back in – sometimes that helps!
Problems with the water inlet valve, the timer, and the pump and motor can all cause your washer to stop mid-cycle. If water cannot drain properly, the washer can’t complete its cycle.

First, try unplugging the washer and plugging it back in – on certain washers, you can also open and close the lid about a dozen times to perform a master reset.

If you just bought a new high-efficiency (HE) washer, and you find the water level is pretty low, don’t worry! HE washers are designed to use less water – that’s one of the reasons they’re more efficient.
For older models, there could be a number of reasons that cause low water issues. You could have a faulty water sensor or a clogged inlet valve. We’ve got the parts to fix either of these problems, and anything else causing your water level to be too low.
