You expect your fridge to make a bit of noise – some buzzing and humming just means everything is working properly. But when that buzzing becomes very loud, or you hear grinding, clicking, scraping, knocking, rattling, or other suspicious sounds, give us a call.
There are endless potential causes for the loud noises coming from your fridge. Your ice maker might not be properly connected. You may have a faulty compressor. There could be problems with the fans in your fridge.

We’re sure you know how to troubleshoot this problem: rearrange the items in your fridge, and make sure your shelves and crisper drawers aren’t blocking the door.
Once you’ve done that, contact us if your door still won’t close. You’d be amazed how many things could be causing the problem: damaged or loose hinges, old or broken seals, problems with the magnet that keeps the door closed, and a whole lot more. Give us a call – we’ll get that door closed for you.
Not everyone has an ice maker, but if you do, you might know that they can develop their own set of problems. They might not make enough ice, and they might not make any ice at all. The ice might not come out, or it might be too big or too small.
All of these different problems can have different causes. You may have a frozen water line. Your ice maker may be leaking. There could be problems with the fill cup.
We want your drinks to be as refreshing as possible – give our technicians a call, and they’ll get your ice maker working perfectly in no time.
First, troubleshoot by adjusting your freezer’s temperature – don’t go too cold, though!
If that doesn’t get things cooled off, there could be a number of problems. The door might not be sealing properly, which means cold air is getting out. The freezer’s defrost might not be working right, and there could be problems with the condenser. Call us. We’ll find the cause of the problem, and get it fixed.
There are a lot of reasons your fridge might not be cooling properly – and you can try to fix many of them yourself! Make sure the fridge is on, and adjust the temperature if necessary to keep things cool (but not too cold). You should also check that nothing is blocking the vents, which need to be unblocked to keep cool air circulating.
